We provide 3 years warranty to our lithium batteries, and 1 year warranty to other components.

For warranty, we supply FOC spare parts for replacement, send by air or by sea.

 

OEM & ODM Service

We offer many different optional accessories, to make our golf carts attractive, unique and beautiful. Besides this, we also can customize our golf carts as per customers' request. And our customization cost is quite reasonable.

If you want to make your own body design, we can also support you to make the moulds.

Packaging & Shipping

1. For LCL shipping, the golf cart is wrapped by film, fasten to the steel crate by tie, and covered by galvanized steel plate to protect the golf cart in side.

 

2. For FCL shipping, the golf carts will be packed in steel crate and fasten by tie for security.

 

3. If you buy one sample golf cart for testing and evaluating, we can arrange DDP shipping service, you will not be bothered to  arrange the shipping,       
    custom and others, just sitting home to collect the golf cart.

 

4. For batch orders, we can arrange FOB, CIF, DDP or DDU shipping service as per your request.

Q1. Do you accept to customize the vehicles as per our special request?

Answer: Yes, we customize vehicles as per customer's special request with reasonable cost and lead time, as long as the customization is not related to the chassis modification.

 

Q2. What is your warranty term? 

 

Answer: We provide 1 year warranty. And for any failed part under warranty, if it can be repaired at your side and the repair cost is lower than the valve of the part, we will cover the repair cost; otherwise, we will send replacements and cover the freight cost if any.

 

Q3. Do you provide after service spare parts?

 

Answer: Yes, we provide all the spare parts to our vehicles, even 5 years after we stop the production of the vehicle. For your easier working to select the spare parts, we also supply parts manual.

 

Q4. Do you provide technical support?

 

Answer: Yes, we provide technical support by email and phone. If necessary, we can also send our engineer to your place.

 

Q5. Do you provide vehicle assembly service if we buy the vehicles in SKD or CKD way?

 

Answer: When the vehicle is in SKD way, the reassembly is just bolt and nut work, it is not difficult at all. Unless you have the assembly capability, we do not sell the vehicles in CKD way. If you do have bigger volume, we can send our people to give instructions.

 

Q6. Do you accept OEM order?

 

Answer: Yes, as long as the order quantity is reasonable (yearly 300-500 units), we will accept.

 

Q7. What are your terms to be your agent/dealer in my country?

 

Answer: We have several basic requirements, firstly you shall be in electric vehicle business for some time; secondly, you shall have the capability to provide after service to your customers; thirdly, you shall have the capability to order and sell reasonable volume of electric vehicles.

 

Q8: What is your payment term?

 

Answer: For new customers, our typical payment term is T/T 30% deposit against order confirmation, T/T 70% before container loading'. Irrecoverable L/C at sight is also acceptable. For old customers, our payment term can be more flexiable.Please contact us for more information.
